By using birds.cool, you agree to these terms. The site is a personal bird-feeder journal offered for casual viewing and family interaction.

Using the service

You may view published bird media and use available reaction, comment, sharing, or Instagram connection features for their intended purpose. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or abusive material, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for comments and other content you submit. You allow birds.cool to store and display that content as needed to provide the feature. We may remove submissions that are abusive, unlawful, irrelevant, or harmful to the service.

Instagram and other services

Instagram and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. birds.cool is not responsible for changes, outages, moderation decisions, or other actions taken by those services.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as available, without warranties. Bird identifications, captions, timestamps, and automated selections may be incomplete or incorrect. Features may change or stop without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, birds.cool and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
